Pam M.

Owner

Pam and her husband Robert Malcolm, DVM opened Stafford Animal Hospital back in 1978. After Robert passed away in 1993 Pam kept the business running with the assistance of her two daughters. In her 42 years at Stafford Animal Hospital, Pam has undertaken many roles ranging from Boarding Facility Technician to Veterinary Assistant to Practice Manager. An animal lover and owner, she empathizes with all clients in their desire to keep their pets healthy and happy. As such, she has devoted herself to providing top quality care for animals.

When not at the animal hospital, Pam enjoys antiquing, sampling exotic foods, creative crafting, visiting one of her daughters, son-in-law and 5 grandchildren in New Jersey, spending time with her other daughter and 2 grandchildren in Virginia and spending time with her dogs: Shadow (Pomeranian) and Eileen (Lab/Hound Mix).

Dr. Christina Del Nero-Johnson

DVM

Dr. Christina Del Nero-Johnson joined the team at Stafford Animal Hospital in June 2013. Dr. Del Nero-Johnson graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in September 2010, with her clinical year performed at University of Florida.

Dr. Del Nero-Johnson has a son and a daughter and a Lab Mix named Duncan Steve The Ninja. In here free time she enjoys sewing, crafting, reading and dancing. She is looking forward to many long years serving the Stafford community

Christine T.

Practice Manager

Christine has been coming to Stafford Animal Hospital since she was 4 years old! She and her family have been our clients ever since. She joined our practice in 1998, as a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist. She has been enjoying her responsibilities as an Practice Manager.

Christine and family have a female Chihuahua named “Nemo” and a Chihuahua/Min Pin Mix named “Chaos Jack” (aka Puppy No No) as well as a wide variety of fish. In her spare time, Christine likes to go to the beach, read, and attend NASCAR races with her family.

Laura M.

Receptionist

Laura has been a part of Stafford Animal Hospital as far as she can remember! Her father, the late Dr. Robert Malcolm, owned the clinic, so she grew up around pets. She had her first job here as a Kennel Assistant in 1996. She is now working at the front desk as a Receptionist, but she can also multi-task as a Veterinary Assistant.

In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children and reading. She also loves to bake delicious treats for everyone at work.

Charlotte R.

Receptionist

Charlotte was a client for 11 years before joining our practice in 2018 as a Receptionist.

Charlotte and her family have a variety of animals. She has four dogs: Chewy, Diesel, Cinnamon and Spot and four cats: Sweetie, Trident, Hemi and Precious. She also has a variety of fish. In her free time Charlotte likes to ride her motorcycle, watch television, travel and spend time with her family.

Cody V.

Veterinary Assistant

Cody has been coming to Stafford Animal Hospital for as long as he can remember. His mother, Christine, is the Practice Manager. Cody joined the team April 2016.

Cody enjoys going to NASCAR races with his father, binge watching shows on Netflix and playing video games.

Austin V.

Veterinary Assistant

Austin has been coming to Stafford Animal Hospital for as long as he can remember. His mother, Christine, is the Practice Manager. He joined the team in May 2018.

Austin has a chocolate Labrador Retriever named River who likes to swim and play fetch. Austin also enjoys fishing, swimming, kayaking and playing video games.

Courtney D.

Veterinary Assistant

Courtney (AKA The Cookie Lady) has been with our team since November 2017. Her love of animals brought her to us.

Courtney has four dogs, Maya, Andy, Jack and Teddy and a cat named Akuma, that she loves very much and we enjoy seeing them as well. In her free time she loves to spend time with her pets and family. She also enjoys traveling.

Rachael G.

Veterinary Assistant

Rachael (AKA Rockie) was a client of Stafford Animal Hospital for many years before she joined the team in November 2016. Rachael’s mother worked her and she followed in her footsteps.

Rachael has beautiful twin girls and a Golden Retriever Mix named Zoey. Rachael loves spending her free time with her children and other family members. She also enjoys cooking and doing arts and crafts.
